Erik has been focusing on his body, mind, and spirit during the years since he retired from full time teaching. Erik tries to embody the spirit of Mr. Miagi in his humble work and his hobbies. These days he has a rigorous training regime and walks about 20,000 steps per day. During his time off he revels in his hobby-custom bikes and scooters- and documents all of it with his artistic eye through photography.
